She is survived by: her husband Jerry Casale, Jr.; her son Michael; her parents, James Smithmyer and Louise Smithmyer of Loretto, PA; her siblings, Ann Smithmyer (Rich McKnight) of Indiana, PA and Andrew Smithmyer (Jennifer) of York Haven, PA; and her friends, Bridget, Megan and Erin. She is also survived by niece and nephews.
