He is survived by: his wife Janice Wagner Leonard; his children, Beth Esposito (Felice), Amy Leonard and Allison Schrecengost (John); and his grandchildren, Matthew Winhold, Cara Winhold, Lauren Winhold, Ryan Schrecengost, Elizabeth Schrecengost, Emma Schrecengost, Ashley Schrecengost, Francesca Esposito, Giovanna Rubinosky (Stephen) and Elena Esposito.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
