She was predeceased by: her parents, Severine Roman and Agnes Roman (Carletto); her former husband Dean J. Kostiuk; her husband George Milne; and her siblings, Mario Roman, William Roman and Mary Christofretti.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Kostiuk (Antigone) of Leechburg, Gregory Kostiuk (Cris) of Kiski Township, Keith Kostiuk (Ann) of Mountain Top, Corinne Jacob (Fred) of Allison Park and Cindy McDermott (Mark) of Gibsonia; her grandchildren, Matthew Jacob (Ashley), Adam Jacob, Bruno Kostiuk (Carly), Allison McDermott (Karalyn), Sean McDermott (Jamie), Alex Kostiuk (Madison), Aaron Kostiuk and Ryan Kostiuk; her great grandchildren, Rocco Kostiuk, Freddie Jacob and Liam Kostiuk; and her sisters-in-law, Sylvia Kostiuk, Beverly Roman and Diana Cockrell.
