He was predeceased by : his parents, John Adamczyk and Ana Adamczyk (Miskiel). He is survived by : his wife Paula Adamczyk; his sons, John Adamczyk (Mary) and Eric Adamczyk (Susan); his grandchildren, Madeline, John E., Julia and Jacob; and his sister Sally Szurszewski.
