With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Franklin Blackstone Jr. of Allison Park, Pennsylvania, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Colonel Franklin Blackstone and Zella Henry Blackstone. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie J. Blackstone; his daughter Carlen L. Blackstone; his grandchild Mei-Ling A. Blackstone (Nicholas J. Patnella); his son Franklin Blackstone, III (Alison Brunton Blackstone); his grandsons, Kent R. Blackstone and Mitchell L. Blackstone; his children, Martha L. Blackstone (Robert J. Boyle), Rodney B. Blackstone and Paul B. Mason, Jr. (Ocllo Robertson Mason); and his grandsons, Paul Brooks Mason, III, Philip D. Mason and David R. Mason. He is also survived by married on June 28, 1986, and his loved and appreciated children and grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church of Bakerstown (5825 Heckert Rd, Bakerstown, PA 15007).
