She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Phelan and A. Leola Phelan (Stuckell); her husband Robert Samuelson; and her brothers, William John Phelan and Walter Phelan.
She is survived by: her sons, Carl Samuelson and Robert Samuelson; and her grandchildren, Tracy Samuelson, Robert Samuelson, Zackery Samuelson and Sean Samuelson.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Parkwood United Presbyterian Church (4289 Mt Royal Blvd, Allison Park, PA 15101).
