She is survived by: her siblings, Susan Hoerner (Charles), Carole Popchock (late Barry), Thomas R (Mary Lynn) and Ronald; her siblings' children, Adam (Angela), Jill, Elaine (Kelly), Matt (Courtney), Sara (Chris), Cathi (Robert), Evan and Tim (Chelsea); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Zachary, Amelia, Mackenzie, Ryan, Owen, Nora and Sophie.
In lieu of flowers, family requests donations be made in Jan's name to: Homeless Children's Education Fund or North Hills School District Backpack Initiative reflecting Jan's lifelong commitment to education and community service.
