He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Turiak (Simpson); his siblings, Jeffrey Turiak (Wanda), Thomas Turiak and Eileen M. Turiak; his niece Rachel Freund (Scott); his nephew Adam Turiak; his grandsons, Cole and Connor Butler; and his great-nephew Ethan Freund.
