He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stack and Lois Stack; his brother David; his sister-in-law Theresa Stack; his wife Theresa Wojnar; and his sister-in-law Helen Grebinoski.
He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Lou Van Orden (Drew) and Charles Stack (Rosalind); his children, John, Jennifer Blackmore (Eric), Tom and Mary (Joe Hydeck); his grandchildren, Michael, Abigail, Zachary and Penelope; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Lou Wojnar and Raymond Grebinoski. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
