She was predeceased by: her husband Norman F. Szarmach; and her daughter Sharon Meier. She is survived by: her children, Richard Szarmach and Darlene Szarmach; and her siblings, Donald Gally and Jean Marinick. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
