He was predeceased by: his father Reuben Heller. He is survived by: his mother Mildred Heller (Krenitsky); his wife Alexa Romano Heller; his son Christopher Heller (Rachel Twist Heller); his grandchild Hayes; his great grandchild Samantha Heller Blaser (Jonathan Blaser); his sister Sandy Tanzos (John Tanzos); Stella, Luna and Rachel Heller (Traci). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and in-laws.
