It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Dansak of Allison Park, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 20, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rita Dansak to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Rosner and Emma Rosner; and her brother Joseph Rosner. She is survived by: her husband Robert Dansak; her children, Karen Totin (Darrell), Rob Dansak and Kelly Abels (Jeffrey); her sister Joan Rosner; and her grandchildren, AJ Abels, Zachary Totin, Amaya Abels and Connor Totin.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McDermott Funeral Home - Kennedy Township (334 Forest Grove Rd, Coraopolis, PA 15108). A prayer will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Malachy Church (343 Forest Grove Rd, Coraopolis, PA 15108). A burial will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies (1158 Morgan Rd, Bridgeville, PA 15017).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made toward a college fund for Rita's four cherished grandchildren, P.O. Box 222 Ingomar, PA 15127.
