It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sergei Efremenko (Allison Park, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 8, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ewdokia Novikov and Nikolai Novikov; and his daughters, Kristin Hochard (Francis), Cheryl Zobel (Keith) and Tory Efremenko. He was also cherished by 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

By lottery, via the Tolstoy Foundation and Rev. Franz Lobza, he emigrated to the USA in 1958, when he was also given a new last name: Efremenko.
