She was predeceased by : her parents, Horace Loop and Marian Jane Loop (Parker); her husband Franklin E. Noel, Jr.; and her son Dewey E. Noel. She is survived by : her sons, James E. Noel (Kristi), Larry E. Noel of Altoona, Anthony E. Noel of Ohio and Brian E. Noel (Candice) of Arkansas; her brother Jerry A. Loop (Bonnie) of Bedford; and her friend Linda Hale.
