He is survived by: his parents, Clyde Bender and Donna Bender (Bragg); his daughter Paige Bender (Braden Shultz); his girlfriend Kali Estright; and his siblings, David, Philip, Mark Bender, Tracey and Katie Bender. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
