He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Hagerty and Helen Hagerty (O'Neil). He is survived by: his wife Beverly; and his sons, Charles J. Hagerty (Gail) of Goode, VA, Daniel L. Hagerty (Gloria) of Altoona, PA and Rob D. Hagerty (Sherry) of Altoona, PA. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
