She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellery L. Doutrich and Audrey M. Doutrich (Kehler); her siblings, Robert, Clifford, Charles Ulrich, Olive Fagan and Nyoka Hartley; and her siblings-in-law, Robert Fagan, Robert Hartley Sr., Elsie (Stotler), Goldie (Garman) and Edna (Shoenfelt).
She is survived by: her husband C. R. "Dick" Garlick Sr.; her children, Rhonda L. Graham (Robert) and C. Richard "Rich" Garlick (Cathy); her grandchildren, Michael, James (Lorraine), Ashley, William, Davey and Nathan; her great grandchildren, Emma, Waylen, Walker and Wyatt; her sisters-in-law, Rhoda (Ron) and Shirley; her pet Goldie; Tammy Bergy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rose Hill Funeral & Cremation Care, Inc. (118 Rosehill Cemetery Dr, Altoona, PA 16602). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
