She was predeceased by: her parents, Elwood Carner and Patricia Carner (Claar); and her siblings, Lisa Boyette and Elwood "Woody" Carner. She is survived by: her children, Crystal Carner, Jaelynn Colbert, Nathaniel Harclerode and Dorrell Colbert; and her sisters, Tonda Rudy and Teresa Jones. She is also survived by three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
