He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Herman Donley and Martha Donley of Altoona, Pennsylvania.; his wife Donna; and his daughters, Sheri (Bill), Tammy (Dana), Susan (Todd) and Beth (Michael). He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
