He was predeceased by: his parents, Lebro Bracciale and Helen Bracciale (Iorio); his son Frankie Bracciale Jr.; his siblings, Paul Bracciale (Gayle), Joe Bracciale and Rose Corbin; and his in-laws, Roy and Nellie Hummel.
He is survived by: his wife Dianna Raugh; his children, Ron Raugh (Cheryl), Rod Raugh (Dawn) and Kimberly Mumper (Frank); his sister Teresa Loose (Bill); and his sister-in-law Diane Bracciale. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Santella Funeral Home (1106 8th Ave, Altoona, PA 16602). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Mount Carmel Catholic Church (Calvary Cemetery) (806 11th St, Altoona, PA 16602).
