He was predeceased by: his parents, Concetta Roscia (Carnicella) and Pietro Roscia; his siblings, Anna, Josephine, Anthony and John Roscia; his son-in-law David Bell; and his great grandchildren, Hudson Roscia and Jacelynn Lauritsen.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Roscia; and his children, Patricia Bell of Altoona, Roseann Madden (Tim) of Hollidaysburg and Peter Roscia (Yamila) of Miami Lakes, Florida. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Santella Funeral Home (1106 8th Ave, Altoona, PA 16602). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Mount Carmel Catholic Church (Calvary Cemetery) (806 11th St, Altoona, PA 16602).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be donated to Our lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church, 806-11th St. Altoona PA 16602.
