He was predeceased by: his parents, George E. Lepore and Jean Lepore (Myers); and his siblings, Daniel, Gary and Patricia Faust.

He is survived by: his wife Delores Vellone; his daughters, Michele Lepore and Jennifer Lepore; and his grandson Brayden Harbaugh.

“So sorry to hear of the passing of George. He walked the mall at station medical and was always so nice to us everytime we saw him and always made it a point to ask about us if he did not see us. We missed seeing him since the covid and people weren't able to walk there anymore. He always talked about golf and his grandsons baseball games and our pets. We really liked him and will miss him dearly. Prayers to his family and friends”
