He is survived by: his wife Carol Rae Ketrow (Shultz) of Altoona; his daughter Twila Ruh (Ketrow); his son-in-law Paul Ruh of Grove City, Ohio; his granddaughters, Heather Bowmaster (Michael), Hope Marra (Travis) and Rachel Williams (Robert IV); his great grandchildren, Joseph Parisi, Taylor Dunio, Gage Bush, Isaac Parisi, Emily Garman (Kaedyn Scott), Casey Williams (Logan Bartlebaugh), Dominick Baldassarre, Scott Richardson Jr. (Philicia Helsley), Dannica Williams, Garrett Neely and Robert Williams V.; and his close friends, David and Cindy Young of Altoona.
