Hartley; his daughter LeeAnn Speacht (Gary); his grandchildren, Lyndsay Kwapis (Joel) and Kayla Burghard (Cole); his great grandchildren, Zoey Isabella and Kinsley Rea; his son Tim Ingram (Jennifer); and his pet Cocoa Puff.
Viewing was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Puzzletown Road Bible Church (316 Puzzletown Rd, Duncansville, PA 16635). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
