She was predeceased by: her parents, Brady Carter and Bertha Carter (Downing). She is survived by: her sons, Timothy A. Carter of Altoona and Jonathan D. Wright (Sharon) of Atlanta, Georgia; her grandchildren, Alexis, Tyson, Tate, Abby Carter of Altoona, Jonathan of Atlanta, Jessica of Atlanta, Jared of Atlanta, Jeremiah of Atlanta, Joi of Atlanta and Jasmyn of Atlanta; and her great grandchildren, Aleyna and Joie. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
