She is survived by : her husband Jules Netreba; her siblings, Mona Streilein (Kenneth) of Duncansville and Gregory Fornbacher of Canoe Creek; her sister-in-law Cathy Fornbacher; and her cousin Bob Kutz. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
