She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard "Dick" Boyd McCoy and Rose "Rosie" Elizabeth "Carlin" McCoy. She is survived by: her husband Merrill "Pete" Webb, Jr.; her children, Richard "Rick" Webb (Niai) and Wendy Thomas (Michael Thomas) of Cranberry Township, PA.; her grandchildren, Joshua Webb, Ryan Thomas and Laura David; and her siblings, Patricia Rauch (McCoy) of Altoona, PA and James McCoy of Moscow, PA..

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children, care of Jaffa Shrine, PO Box 1984, Altoona, PA 16603-1984.
