We announce the death of Rita A. Adams of Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 24, 2026, at the age of 91. Visitation was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stevens Mortuary, Inc. (1421 8th Ave, Altoona, PA 16602). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament (1 Cathedral Square, Altoona, PA 16601).
