He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Howard, and Vera Howard, Sr. (Coccia); and his siblings, Gene Howard, Sarah Hitching and Jennifer Stoner.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Kelly; his stepsons, Tim Zielinski (Jamie) of Dallastown and Joe Zielinski (Jessica) of Dallastown; and his brother Frederick Howard, Jr. of Altoona. He is also survived by six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Stevens Mortuary, Inc. (1421 8th Ave, Altoona, PA 16602). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Stevens Memorial Chapel (1421 8th Ave, Altoona, PA 16602).
