Powell; his children, Brian Decker of Tennessee and Helene Gardner (Jason) of Duncansville; his stepsons, Robert L. Stoudnour (Margaret) of York and Eric S. Stoudnour (Kelli) of Hollidaysburg; his grandson Benjamin Satka; his stepgrandchildren, Taylor Lee and Hunter Scott Stoudnour; and his brother Donald Decker of New York.
