Ruth A. King Obituary

The passing of Ruth A. King of Altoona, Pennsylvania, born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on April 21, 2024. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

As we bid Ruth farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Ruth is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry David and Helen Garren (Everret); and her husband Jerry King. She is survived by : her children, William J. Simon (Crystal) of Altoona, Deborah Fitzgerald (Bob) of Altoona and Sylvia Zitsch (Artie) of Altoona; her grandchildren, Jessica Yuhas, William John Simon and Rosemarie Simon; and her pet Princess. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren.
