It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra L. Howard of Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 27, 2025, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Sandra's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Sandra has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Parks and Peggy Puszakowski (Scalice); and her brothers, Ronald and John Parks. She is survived by: her sister Robin Moore (Bobby); and her stepchildren, Crystal Lingenfelter and Donald Coble II.
