She was predeceased by: her parents, David E. Wagner and Della M. Wagner (Shadle); and her husband William N. Coltabaugh, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Jeffery Coltabaugh of Lakemont, Maryann Keefer (Richard) of Reedsville, Terry Coltabaugh (Melissa Connor) of Jacksonville, NC, John Coltabaugh (Kathleen) of Tyrone and Jennifer Miner (Caleb Peek) of Harrisonburg, VA; and her brother Richard D. Wagner. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mauk & Yates Funeral Home, Inc. (719 N 4th Ave, Altoona, PA 16601). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
