With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Shirley Temple (Altoona, Pennsylvania), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Shirley left this world on June 21, 2025 at the age of 90, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As we bid adieu to Shirley's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Shirley has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hobart Temple and Margaret Temple (Friday). She is survived by: her sisters, Dorothy Lansberry of Hollidaysburg and May McConnell of Altoona; and her sister-in-law Genny Temple of Levittown. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Mauk & Yates Funeral Home (719 N 4th Ave, Altoona, PA 16601). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mauk & Yates Funeral Home, Inc. (719 N 4th Ave, Altoona, PA 16601).
