He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnathan A. Clapper and Alice R. Clapper (Grove); his wife Norma Daugherty; and his daughter Lisa. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Miller (George) of Altoona and Theodore Clapper (Jamie) of Altoona; his grandchildren, Heather Baron, Allan Miller, Alec and Wade Clapper; his great grandchildren, Chase Musser and Brooke Miller; and his brother Chester Clapper. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rose Hill Funeral & Cremation Care Inc. (118 Rosehill Cemetery Dr, Altoona, PA 16602). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
