With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thomas L. Ashburn of Altoona, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 9, 2025 at the age of 81. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Thomas L. Ashburn to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Ashburn and Teresa Ashburn (Reighard); and his daughter Jessica Noel. He is survived by: his children, Leann Keiper (Brian) of Sidman, Hope Kephart of Altoona, Nick Noel (Brandi) of Altoona and Jennifer Noel of Altoona; his grandchildren, Nicholas (Erin), Megan (Jeb), Allison (Ben), Kaylena, Ivan, Maxim, McKayla, Trent, Bryce, Alyssa, Cassidy and Courtney; his great grandchildren, Tessa, Amelia, Leo, Laney, Rowan and Bayla; his brother Richard Ashburn (Sharon) of Hollidaysburg; his sibling's children, Heather Shale (Craig) and Kirk Ashburn; and his great-nephew Evan (Julia).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Stevens Mortuary, Inc. (1421 8th Ave, Altoona, PA 16602). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Stevens Memorial Chapel (1421 8th Ave, Altoona, PA 16602).
