She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond S. Leaper and Dorothy Ella Wilson (Wileman); her husband Robert Liebal of Ganister; her son David; her brothers, Clarence Leaper (Mike) and Charles Leaper (Stoner); and her half-brother Dwayne Allen.
She is survived by: her children, Theresa Green (Michael) of Altoona, Michael (Dawn) of Altoona and Mark (Monica) of Roaring Spring; her grandson Derek (Michele) of New Germany; and her half-siblings, Raymond of Hollidaysburg, Philip of Altoona, Dan of Huntington, Don of Reading, Wyona of Bellwood, Leona of Altoona, Patrella of Hollidaysburg, Trish of Altoona, Paula of Williamsburg and Janet of Reading. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
