With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wayne G. Hammond of Amberson, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 10, 2021 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Emanuel Hammond and Minnie Hammond (Hockenberry); his wife Jeanne Hammond; and his siblings, Edward Hammond, Herbert Hammond, Paul Hammond and Betty Jane Neil.

He is survived by: his sons, Clint Hammond of Martinsburg, WV, David, Michael W. Hammond of Amberson, PA and Daniel Hammond of Willow Hill, PA; and his siblings, Violet Davis of Shippensburg, PA, Shirley Reilly of Fannettsburg, PA and Myles Hammond of Chambersburg, PA.. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
