She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony N. DeClerico; her parents, Pasquale Petruzzo and Concetta Petruzzo (Gentile); and her siblings, Adele Hallman, Virginia Cadra and Robert Petruzzo.
She is survived by: her children, Christine Holmes (late William, Jr.), Lisa Spurlock (John W.), Debbie Holtz and Adam DeClerico (Mary). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 10 Great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
