He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Moore and Marion Moore; and his siblings, Bob Moore (Peg), Peg Smith (Jack) and Bill Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Flaherty; his children, Mike (Mary Pat), Tom (Maureen), Terrie McKeown (Ryan), Dan (Holli) and Nancy Leshak (Roman); and his grandchildren, Tommy, Kelly Stevens (Andrew), Shannon, Colin, Sean, Kaitlyn Leshak, Brady, Patrick, Nolan, Molly McKeown, Shayna, Lauren Leshak, Liam, Brena McKeown and Roman Leshak. He is also survived by his loving wife, children, and grandchildren, Tom is survived by three sisters in law, two brothers-in-law, and twenty-seven nieces and nephews.
