He was predeceased by: his parent Vaclav (Andela Kolar); and his brother Miroslav. He is survived by: his wife Lenka; his children, Betty, Vaclav Jr., Kaja and Petra; and his brother Stan. He is also survived by three grandchildren; as well as nieces, nephews, and friends.
