He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent W. Walters and Gertrude Walters; and his sister Margaret Walters. He is survived by: his wife Helen M. Walters; and his siblings, Mary Grady of Chesterbrook, PA, Charles Walters (Sharleen) of Chadds Ford, PA and Gertrude Walters of Philadelphia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
