He was predeceased by: his parents, James Thompson and Eva Thompson (Stevens); and his siblings, Maryjane Thompson, Margaret "Peggy" Toogood, Nancy Monaci, James Thompson and Robert Thompson.
He is survived by: his siblings, Joyce Whitehouse of Scottsdale, AZ, Betty Palakovich (Frank) of East Rochester, PA and Gary Thompson of Conway, PA; and his siblings' children, Christine (Clint), Victoria and Mark. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and great nieces and great nephews.
