She is survived by: her mother Valerie Kozak (Rob); her sisters, Sheila Albright and Tammy George; her aunts and uncles, John Kozak, Paul Clarke, Faythe Hudac and Holly Kozak; her nieces and nephews, Sophia Albright, Kailey George, Joshua Martz, Zackary Gill, Cody George and Seth Albright; her significant other Scott Zbrzezny; her godmother Helena Hess; her cousin Eddie Hudac; and her pets, Willy and Declan.
