It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Geffel of Ambridge, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 13, 2026, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles McGarvey and Kathryn Jasler McGarvey; and her husband John H. "Jack" Geffel. She is survived by: her stepson Tim Geffel; her aunt Sophie Slappo; her goddaughter Nicole Slappo; and her cousins, Patty Kowalski, Ron Yosler, Len Slappo, Barb Costanza, Janet Burns and Judy Turbish.
