He was predeceased by: his parents, Blair Fennell and Genevieve Fennell. He is survived by: his siblings, Jim Fennell (Georgia), Larry Fennell (Barbara) of Georgia, Ronnie Fennell (Cathy) of Rochester, Linda (Florida) and Diana (Don) of Fair Oaks. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and good friends.
