He was predeceased by: his father Moises Santiago Nieves. He is survived by: his mother Margarita Rodriguez; his wife Jennifer Colon-Sierra; his children, Aixa N. Torres-Colon, Carolyn Torres-Colon and Ediel E. Torres-Colon; his siblings, Leris Santiago-Gordon (Juan), Guillermo Santiago-Rodriguez and Theophille Thomas; his niece Lemaris Dearing; and his nephew Carlos Estrella.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made in Moises' memory, in care of the funeral home.
