It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Michael Mootsey (Ambridge, Pennsylvania), who passed away on May 19, 2025, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Raymond Michael may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marlene Kisucky Mootsey and Raymond Attilio Mootsey; and his grandparents, Mary Kabay Kisucky and Michael Kisucky Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Michael Eric Mootsey, Marc David Mootsey of Hopewell and Laura Mootsey Almonte; his brother-in-law David Almonte of Murrells Inlet, SC.; and his nieces and nephews, Jorja Mae and David Attilio Almonte.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in his memory to a veterans' organization or historical preservation society of your choice.
