She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Warkonyi and Irma Warkonyi; her husband James W. Hayes; and her son James J. Hayes. She is survived by: her son Christopher Hayes (Angel); her brother Stephen Warkonyi (Marianne); her grandchildren, Kailey, Sierra, Bethany, Avery, Caleb and Nyah; her daughter-in-law Melissa Hayes; her nieces, Jodi and Jaime; and her close friend John Sprott. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
