He was predeceased by : his parents, Mary M. Stoughton (Beals) and Donald L. Stoughton; and his siblings, Sundra K. Stoughton (Lewis) and Andrew D. Stoughton. He is survived by : his wife Yong Yol Choe; his daughters, Jennifer and Jacklyn (Jarrod Bupka); and his granddaughter Mavis.
